One of my deepest, enduring values is that of kindness.
It was true for me when I was a child and it's true for me today.
Other values have come and gone, depending on the season of life I am in.
In the past few years, freedom, spaciousness and simplicity have become big priorities.
I need lots of time for stillness and to just be, and the freedom of structure in my life to support that.
One thing I've realized is that simplicity greatly aids the quest for spaciousness & freedom.
Simplicity of lifestyle, of commitments and of less actions that I do on a daily basis.
As I started to apply cosmic rhythms in my life (aka astrology), I found that certain actions taken at the right time, amplified my intentions.
This is similar to working with seasons - we plant seeds in spring and honor the growing cycle of plants.
If we plant at the wrong time, in the darkest, coldest parts of winter, no amount of hard work will give you the outcome you are looking for.
Working with cosmic rhythmic cycles is similar.
Take certain key actions at the right time and the natural energy of the cycles greatly aids in creating opportunities for accelerated growth.
Eclipses are one example of these cosmic rhythmic cycles.
Eclipses create opportunities for rapid growth.
Combine that window with conscious intention and you have a recipe for experiencing freedom from the past and quickly moving into alignment with your next level of growth.
