I am not a licensed medical, legal or financial professional. My astrology readings do not replace professional medical diagnoses, legal or financial services. All astrology readings are for guidance purposes only. I do not guarantee the outcomes of my astrology readings. My astrology readings provide a guide for future possibilities, and your free will always plays a role. Activate your Power and Swati Kameswar are not responsible for your actions. You are solely responsible and liable for your own moves and decisions. You agree that under no circumstances shall Activate Your Power or Swati Kameswar be held liable for your actions, or for direct or indirect damages arising out of your use of this site or services.

This policy may be changed at any time at Activate Your Power’s discretion. If we should update this policy, we will post the updates to this page on our Website.

Refunds and Cancellations

If you cancel within 48 hours of placing your Astrology reading order I will offer a full refund if I have not already completed your reading. Cancellations received after this deadline will not be eligible for a refund.

Payment: Payment for all astrology readings must be submitted before scheduling a reading on my calendar and before I begin work on your reading.

Lateness and No-Shows (for Zoom/Skype sessions)

Lateness: When you book a session with me, I’ve dedicated that block of time to you. If you’re late, the time will be deducted from your session (the session will not be extended) and you’ll be charged full price.

No-Shows: I do not give refunds for no-shows. If you need to reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours before the reading. If it’s less than 24 hours, please inform me by email.

Privacy

If you are a minor, please do not submit any personal information to this website. If you are 13 years or younger, please do not use the site or any of its services for any purpose.

Confidentiality: All astrology readings are strictly confidential. I will never share any information about your birth data or the details of your reading. If you subscribe to my blog or book a reading, I will need your email address. I will not share your email address or send you spam. You will only receive the information required for your reading or subscription.

Cookies: This site uses some functional cookies that will improve the browsing experience but will not identify individual users. For more information about the cookies that may be used on this site, please click this link. Note that this site uses Analytics cookies, but does not use Performance cookies.
