May this post find you safe and surrounded by love and strength.
It has been a time of accelerated change and events in so many places in the world. Today I want to share with you some tools that can help to navigate this time with intention.
When I did the creative exercise (1st pic below) for The 12 paths to Impeccable Personal Power eBook (https://activateyourtruthandpower.com/gifts/) in Jan this year, one thing that stood out to me were the phrases:
- Impeccable conscious creation and
- For the 4th path: Holding an Impeccable Field of Love
The deeper meaning of these phrases has been unfurling in my life all year long as I recognize that how we create our life is directly linked to how we use our life force energy.
So based on this, here are some of my observations from my experience. Please take what resonates with you and release the rest.
Practice of deep emotional self-care: I can support someone else through their intense times only to the extent I can support myself. So, first practicing deep emotional self-care has been a priority of mine for a while.
The more space I hold for my own grief, anger, fear and other emotions, the deeper it brings me into my heart. This expands my capacity to bring compassionate understanding and patience for others.
In the past few weeks, I found myself feeling all sorts of emotions - many of my own, many of those I care about and many from the collective. It doesn't really matter where the emotion comes from. What matters is how we support our body to feel it and release (not ignore or suppress).
There are many tools that can help with this - simply creating a safe space where you can cry or shout out without anyone interrupting can be tremendously freeing.
Tools like tapping, intuitive painting to release emotions, brisk walks in nature, qigong and kundalini yoga are quite effective at shifting emotional energy.
This is a daily practice for me. I no longer consider it a luxury or nice to have but a non-negotiable practice to navigate accelerated change.
Here is a Toolbox I created several years ago that is still applicable: https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLJBtEYDvT1mtrLcFUod0YOrLHQWYaZIxQ
Fine tuning the mental state: I find that reading updates about external events to stay informed is one thing. But I have had to be very vigilant about how even reading or watching something impacts my energy and hence capacity to be of service.
(I have a lot of water planets in my chart--those of your with water planets need to be extra vigilant with clearing the water).
Fine tuning what I think and then communicate has been another ongoing practice. Being aware of this - if I am simply rehashing what I read when I am communicating can actually go against what I truly desire to create, which first and foremost is always peace.
While I feel deep compassion and concern for anyone affected, I find that to hold an impeccable field of love means to always hold the highest vision for an outcome, in thought and emotions.
To not let inorganic influences like fear infuse into the creation energy.
It takes practice to observe everything in neutrality, but when I do that, I can better direct my creation energy in a conscious way that can help rather than project outcomes most don't want or distort the energy of creation.
It is necessary to have a consistent practice of emotional clearing in order to clear the fear, angst, grief and anger. But this does allow us to come to a place of neutrality from where you can direct love rather than fear.
Emotions are connected to the water element. When our own emotional energy is turbulent, that infuses into the energy of what we are creating.
The mental realm of thoughts and words is connected to the Air element. When our thoughts are chaotic and words not representing the highest, that churns the water of our emotions.
I've come to see that each human being adds their energy to the totality of creation. It makes sense that I take responsibility for my piece being added if I want to practice impeccable conscious creation.
May you find deep peace and strength in this time, and may that reflect out into the world at the speed of light.
Much love, Swati
